Dear Sahaja Yogis,
The novel that we have all been waiting for, "The Keys of Wisdom," has been published in New York!
It is a magnificent story that has been blessed by Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi during the
Navratri Puja 2006 in Los Angeles. At the same time that Shri Mataji blessed the novel, Sir CP
remarked that these are the types of books that Sahaja Yogis need to make available to the general
public. Shri Mataji has mentioned that “The Keys of Wisdom” will enable thousands of people to
achieve Self-Realization! We urge you all to please help support this book, the first part of
a trilogy titled "The Saga of Nova Septima."
The author desires that any profits from "The Keys of Wisdom" will
be used to help start a new Sahaja Yoga School in Africa. So let us all
support this novel and the noble gesture of the writer.
Although mostly a children’s novel, adults are also enjoying it and many have stated,
"You just can’t out the book down!" The main purpose of this children’s novel is to
give Self-Realization. Yogis who have read it state that the vibrations are tremendous
even before one starts reading the book! How true! This is because Linda Williams has
been advised many times by Shri Mataji on the writing of this trilogy. The vibrations
are also strong because many Sahaja Yogis have helped in many ways, making it a truly
collective project.
Dear Yogis, let us all support this book and help now to give Self-Realization to people
who are not in Sahaja Yoga. Buy the book for yourself, your friends, your family, and
also present the book to your local bookstores and local libraries. Remember also that
the Christmas holiday season is approaching and this novel will make a wonderful gift
for both children and adults. Supporting this great novel is truly Sahaja Yoga in action!
In fact the author is a little hesitant to ask the yogis to buy for themselves, although
this is probably more auspicious way to spend one’s extra dollars, euros and pounds
than some other popular books available in the general market place that one could
mention.
If Yogis have friends or contacts who are able to write reviews in newspapers, or
otherwise publicize the book through the Internet blogs etc, that would also be
most helpful.

The following two reviews on "The Keys of Wisdom" have been written.
The first was written by a professor of philosophy in New York. Although not a Sahaja Yogi, the professor
immediately recognized the importance of this book. The second review has been written by a Sahaja yogi
who has also read the book. A biography of the author follows the reviews. "The Keys of Wisdom" is a
beautiful story written in an artistic manner with colorful language. It is also very suspenseful
and highly entertaining, with a number of illustrations!

youth and goodness and the ancient evil of a Goliath who would prey upon all weakness in its
unrelenting pursuit of power. As in all good fantasy stories, victory must be accompanied by
mastery over the self within as well as the enemy without. Through all sorts of fascinating
and unsuspecting twists and turns, including trips through parallel worlds and protection
from a fleet of magical dolphins, our young heroes must learn to channel the true power of
the Keys which have been entrusted to them for their own safekeeping. The reader knows instinctively,
even though the book concludes in the midst of an odyssey that promises to continue to dazzle us
and lead us by supernatural means toward a happy ending, that Thomas Wolfe
was wrong. You can, as every reader of fantasy knows, go home again.

The Keys of Wisdom is a suspenseful page turner, hard to put down, and
although obviously written for children, it contains universal truths
that adults will also find appealing, as well as humorous moments to make
both young and old laugh out loud. The appeal of such tales is that they reach
beyond age and traditions: the epic struggle between good and evil. The characters
resonate with the timeless heroes of India – Raynor, the reluctant leader, to a
certain extent echoes Arjuna, the warrior prince of the Bhagavad Gita. Like Arjuna,
Raynor does not want to kill if it can possibly be avoided. Then the island school
is reminiscent of Mahatma Gandhi’s ashram, where the young people of the Indian
freedom struggle learned the necessary lessons of right conduct and humility, etc.
Whereas the Chronicles of Narnia and the Lord of the Rings were written when the world
had recently been at war, and were a cry in the dark, a reminder that there is hope in
troubled times, this book, the first part of a trilogy, is written in the Age of Aquarius.
It heralds the coming of a bright day, and there is an optimism that good will win out.
'We fully intended to be an instrument for the Sorcerers’ destruction, even if we had no
idea how,’ the narrator asserts in Chapter One, using the popular name for the evil
'High Priests' who hold their outwardly orderly land in a stranglehold of fear.Even
though the characters in the book have their faults, they do not just stumble along.
As they overcome their weaknesses, the negative forces of their world begin to flounder.
Like ancient India, much of "The Keys of Wisdom" takes place in lands of saints, jungles
and tigers – and like India many astonishing things happen. ‘Talking about miracles
makes one realize how amazing they are.’ Many of the incidents are based on personal
experiences of the author, who, knowing they were too incredible to be recorded as
facts, wrote them into a fantasy.
About the Author
Linda Williams spent a fair amount of her childhood reading. She especially enjoyed the fantasy realms.
Painting was also a favorite hobby. She grew up in the English countryside and from her late teens
travelled widely and lived in a number of different parts of the world: India, Europe and Africa.
She survived the hippy days, married, had children and went on seeking answers to the perennial
questions in such varied locations as British universities, Himalayan villages, and South Africa
during the struggle against apartheid. She eventually found what she was seeking, in the person
of an extraordinary lady, who gave her a profound inner awakening and understanding of subtle
subjects. She has lived in India for nearly ten years, and has an intimate knowledge of Indian
history and legends. This trilogy, of which "The Keys of Wisdom," the first part, is a western
person’s fantasy based on some of the timeless tales of India - and a lot which is part of a
powerful new tradition, as well.
